About the job

At GBOedu, our mission is to transform sales capability into Google’s ultimate engaged advantage. We build adaptive, assistive learning ecosystems that don't just train - they deliver direct, measurable commercial value.

The Market Activation and Growth team is the core catalyst bridging global product priorities with local market execution. We operate at the immediate front line of the business, partnering deeply with sales leadership to understand their shifting needs, diagnose business-blocking skill gaps, and build dynamic enablement strategies that empower our teams to deliver on their business plans. If you are an operator who grow at the intersection of commercial execution, learning technology, and high-stakes cross-functional leadership, this role offers an unmatched platform to shape the future of competitive selling.

As the Market Activation and Growth Lead for US sales teams, you will hold key operational and ownership over the learning, growth, and sales proficiency agenda for targeted US markets. Covering Large Customer Sales (LCS) or Global Customer Sales (GCS), you will partner closely with regional Sales Directors and managers, translating overarching global initiatives into localized, high-impact business transformations.

This is not a traditional training role you are a commercial growth driver. You will go beyond standard curriculum to design and deploy targeted, high-value enablement strategies directly onto US "Must Win" accounts, leveraging AI-powered coaching tools and "in-the-flow" learning applications to accelerate sales velocity. This role offers an exciting canvas to help build the future of how Google promotes, manages complex B2B pipelines, and drives commercial excellence.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
