Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field and 6 years years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Product Operations-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Product strategy development and implementation, including alignment with business objectives. Market or competitor analysis for product functionality. Analysis of business models, drivers, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Data analysis for business insights using R, SQL, or spreadsheet software. Collaboration with product and engineering teams

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000 - $257,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training

Responsibilities

  • Define organizational strategy and solve critical business problems by leading data-driven analyses and providing insightful recommendations to executive leadership
  • Lead high-priority strategic programs and operational initiatives from conception to completion, establishing processes and metrics to ensure successful execution
  • Influence and align cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance, to drive shared priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Drive the strategic communications cadence for the organization, ensuring strategy cascades to all levels and managing the flow of information to leadership
  • Manage time-sensitive and confidential business challenges by developing resolution plans and leading a coordinated response with sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Foster a culture of high performance and operational excellence by developing best practices and supporting effective team collaboration and feedback
