Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in cloud market insights and cloud computing across applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, or data.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience mapping AI and Cloud solutions to core business capabilities, quantifying financial value, operational efficiency, and EBITDA impact for C-suite audiences.
- Experience overseeing the high-level design of global, cloud-based systems, focusing on strategic validation and ROI.
- Experience structuring and managing complex, multi-million dollar engagements through Global System Integrators (GSIs) and partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML use cases and their application to business transformation.
- Ability to influence board-level stakeholders within companies.

The Google Cloud Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for engineering C-level business transformations. Operating at the intersection of corporate finance, AI innovation, and executive strategy, our mission is to secure large agreements by engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders to align on business value and strategic transformation, focusing on delivering monetizable business outcomes.
In this role, you will operate as an executive strategist and a partner to our local and regional sales directors. You will not act as technical support; instead, you will translate complex Cloud and AI architectures into compelling financial business cases. You will confidently engage in the executive boardroom, orchestrate our global partner ecosystem to scale implementation, and take absolute ownership of unblocking multi-million dollar strategic agreements.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted advisory relationships directly with client C-level leaders. Elevate the conversation to focus on how Google Cloud’s AI portfolio can help customers achieve their most critical objectives.
- Act as the primary commercial-technical strategist on large agreements. Translate complex technological architectures into executive business cases for Google Cloud customers to unblock and accelerate executive buy-in.
- Partner directly with sales as a strategic co-pilot to close high-stakes projects. Architect the customer’s transformation vision led by AI and cloud technologies, delegating technical implementation and post-sales.
- Map Google's predefined AI/GenAI use cases directly and identify and quantify business value for clients through high-impact, short-cycle strategic validations.
- Act as a thought leader in the market, representing Google Cloud’s business transformation capabilities at executive summits, board-level briefings, and conferences.
