Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar operational role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a direct customer-facing strategy role and coordinating executive-level relationships.
  • A background in Customer Engineering (CE), technical pre-sales, or a similar technical customer-facing role is highly beneficial, along with a solid understanding of enterprise technology and cloud architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage and deliver successful operational projects in a complex, cross-functional, and global environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights (proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Sheets).

About the job

In this role, you will be a part of the EMEA Cloud Strategy and Operations (S&O) team, acting as a principal partner to the EMEA Customer Engineering (CE) leadership team. Operating at a executive level, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex, cross-regional programs that drive key initiatives and support the operational excellence of the EMEA CE organization. You will manage S&O functions across the entire region, ensuring concerted action on high-priority issues and running programs that scale the effectiveness of the CE leadership team. Notably, you will support the annual planning process, ensuring regional goals and resources are strategically aligned for the upcoming year.

You will support our executive customer engagement strategy on behalf of the EMEA CE Leader and help ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the business. You will be a thinker who is excited by rolling up your sleeves to solve complex operational problems, working with data to find insights, and maintaining the operational rhythm necessary for a rapidly growing, scaled global organization. You will be navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and executing on strategy to improve operational efficiency and establish best practices across EMEA.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €148000 - €152000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead key CE initiatives (e.g., talent development, organization strategy, tool improvement) across EMEA. In addition, serve as the orchestrator for the EMEA CE Leader’s executive engagements, managing a portfolio of customer and partner interactions, content preparation, and follow-up.
  • Act as a key operational partner to the EMEA CE leadership team and work seamlessly within the broader EMEA CE S&O team.
  • Support the core, Strategy and Operations function across the EMEA region.
  • Manage key elements of the EMEA CE operational cadence. Identify opportunities for scale, and implement cross-functional programs to improve operational efficiency and establish best practices across the wider EMEA region.
