Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành phần cứng thiết bị điện tử/máy tính tiêu dùng.
- Kinh nghiệm sản xuất/vận hành, quản lý nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc và chuỗi cung ứng.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm Quản lý chương trình duy trì vận hành (dự án sản xuất thiết bị điện tử) hoặc tương đương.
- Bằng Thạc sĩ Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc Thạc sĩ Kỹ thuật công nghiệp, Chuỗi cung ứng, Nghiên cứu/Kỹ thuật vận hành hoặc tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm mảng công nghệ tiêu dùng với các nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc, nhà cung ứng và đội ngũ toàn cầu.
- Khả năng làm việc áp lực cao, tư duy phân tích, sáng tạo và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp viết và nói xuất sắc bằng tiếng Anh.

Responsibilities
- Dẫn dắt các nhóm liên chức năng tại Google và đối tác để chuẩn bị tăng tốc sản xuất, chuyển giao sản phẩm.
- Thúc đẩy sự sẵn sàng vận hành sản xuất tại nhà máy, tối ưu hóa nguồn lực và hiệu suất giữa các xưởng.
- Dự báo rủi ro vận hành, hợp tác với nhà sản xuất OEM quản lý chạy thử dây chuyền, kiểm định và chất lượng.
- Chủ trì họp định kỳ nhằm phổ biến kế hoạch cho bộ phận vận hành, chuỗi cung ứng; điều chỉnh theo khách hàng.
- Làm việc với đối tác nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc để bảo đảm đạt hoặc vượt chỉ tiêu chất lượng, tiến độ và sản lượng.
