Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing product and sales go-to-market strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of ads marketing and the lead generation segment.
  • Excellent leadership skills and deep experience influencing at the highest level in a matrix organization.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to distill complex analysis to impactful and actionable guidance.
  • Excellent organizational, investigative, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

The PSA Lead Gen team leads strategic, cross-functional, and data-led initiatives that bring together the best of Google solutions to help Lead-Gen advertisers generate demand and grow their business.

US: $234000 - $326000 (USD) + 25% bonus target

Responsibilities

  • Define GCS Lead-Gen product priorities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and orchestrate programs across a matrix of teams (e.g., sales, GPS, gTech) to execute against these strategies globally and in-region.
  • Coach a team of Global Product Leads to work closely across a set of product teams (GPS, PM, Engineering) to shape, simplify and scale the next phase of the product and go-to-market roadmap.
  • Inform the GCS organization with industry leading thought leadership using research, customer data, seller feedback and market trends shaping the internal narrative of the GCS Lead Gen business.
  • Shape all aspects of achieving GCS Lead Gen product commercialization goals, including close collaboration with rPSA and sales leaders on sales planning to develop impactful product strategies and a team of cross-functional partners to extend the reach and impact of our GCS LG product solutions.
