Measurement Effectiveness Specialist, Measurement Center of Excellence

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in interpreting advanced measurement metrics (incrementality, MMM).
  • Experience identifying process gaps and implementing scalable frameworks or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google advertising platforms and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and SQL.
  • Proven ability to drive large work streams or transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary expert and be the central point of contact for clients for scaled implementation and execution for all Google measurement products.
  • Perform diagnostic and solution implementation and assess client measurement needs, identify gaps in their current strategies, and implement effective solutions.
  • Design and execute measurement strategies including design and execution of various measurement tests and studies, such as A/B experiments, brand lift studies, and incrementality studies, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive industrialization works to unlock super-scale including initiatives to componentize and templatize complex measurement workflows leveraging AI prompts, automation and cross-functional partnerships to reduce turnaround times and improve test yield.
  • Act as a strategic, cross-functional problem solver through active collaboration with both internal and external teams, ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
