Partner Learning Program Manager, Google Cloud (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing/running training and certification programs, and experience in program management.
  • Experience in developing and managing technical competency models and learning paths for technical roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as the role interfaces extensively with global teams and global partner ecosystems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using LMS and other training tools.
  • Experience driving the adoption, utilization, or integration of AI tools within training strategies, curriculum design, or productivity workflows.
  • High level of understanding of Google Cloud products.
  • Ability to build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Execution focused, with solid attention to detail and problem solving/conflict management skills.
  • Strategic thinkers that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership, partner-facing teams, and global teams to identify knowledge and skills required by gaps across the partner ecosystem.
  • Conduct assessments on existing training assets (courses, labs and quests), identify content gaps and build plans to address it.
  • Own the execution and rollout of training programs, including communications, curriculum development and other enablement aspects for Google Cloud partners.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility and build and manage training dashboards, track and report the progress and performance of the partner training programs.
  • Drive the adoption and usage of AI tools as a core component of the enablement strategy, enhancing both program efficiency and partner capability.
