Business Program Manager, Intake and Mobilization Team

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in project or program management within an organization.
  • Experience with stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in adopting AI solutions to optimize individual and team workflows.
  • Experience working within agile sprint models or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow through.
  • Proficiency in SQL or data visualization (e.g., business intelligence platform) to generate interpretable insights from program data.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to develop clear documentation defining solution scope, milestones, and task-level deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user feedback, outreach, and documentation (SOPs) to ensure program health.
  • Streamline the team’s business, including sprint planning and event calendars.
  • Lead bi-weekly Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and providing strategic communication support to leadership.
  • Implement workflows that increase efficiency, reduce rework, and enable data-driven investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the growth and culture of the gUP organization.
