Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product or program management.
  • Experience working with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders and users.
  • Experience with ML or generative AI models and platforms such as Gemini Enterprise.
  • Knowledge of global customer service operations, support platforms, the online advertising industry, and Google Ads
  • Ability to influence others, fostering and maintaining key relationships over time.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.

The GBAI team architects and delivers AI-powered, intuitive, and connected solutions to significantly amplify the value GBO brings to customers and partners. GBAI partners closely with Sales teams, gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to support advertiser success across the ecosystem. We are leaders of the customer experience, advocating for big-picture visions, feature requests, and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights. Our work enables business teams to deliver delightful support and services to our customers.

As a Global Product Lead, you will partner closely with gTech Ads Support Services, LCS Sales, Product Management (PM) and Engineering to define and deliver the next generation infrastructure tools that will power the AI experience for Googlers and the extended workforce. You will be part of a team that works cross-functionally to build, launch, and land new technology roadmap to improve the Policy experience across our internal and external platforms.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $121000 - $174000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across gTech Ads, GTM gSO, PM, Engineering, User Experience (UX), Sales, and Finance stakeholders to understand key customer and business support needs and translate these needs into requirements.
  • Contribute to the goal and strategy for the platform/tool, identify strategic solutions, and influence the technical roadmap.
  • Manage the delivery, performance, and user satisfaction of infrastructure tool components and features.
  • Articulate prioritized requirements to the Product Management team and influence their roadmap to address them.
  • Ensure transparency around systems development, providing key information to communicate and educate the business on capabilities and investments.
