Product Support Manager, Android Ecosystem Partner Operations

  • 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • Expertise in scaling partner insights solutions and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of TV, media, and app development processes.

As a Product Support Manager for the Android Ecosystem Partner Operations team, you will manage strategic operational relationships and oversee onboarding and support operations with top partners across the Android Ecosystem. You will be part of a global team of partner operations managers, providing support for key Android partners to ensure they deliver a high-quality experience on our platforms. In this role, you will balance partner services with ecosystem support operations for Android products, such as Google TV, ChromeOS and Android XR.

You will engage with our external partners and internal leaders in Product, Engineering, and Business Development, and share partner and user voice insights to create joint strategies for key launches. By resolving complex partner issues, driving partner support services, and delivering critical operational insights to internal teams, you will directly influence product strategy and advocate a trusted, premium ecosystem for billions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational relationships with top partners, supporting them to integrate with our latest features and maintain a standard of quality that delights our users.
  • Represent our partners by providing insights and feedback to product and engineering teams to advocate for their needs.
  • Identify and execute on process optimization opportunities, in order to improve speed and quality, drive partner satisfaction, and reduce support costs. 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, BD, Engineering) to execute on business initiatives and influence product and support strategy.
