Global Channel Program Lead, Downmarket Partners

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in enterprise technology, cloud platforms, or IT infrastructure.
  • 7 years of experience with consumption-based cloud business models, cloud migrations, and partner ecosystem business generation.
  • 5 years of experience in partner program architecture, incentive design, and operational governance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing programmatic GTM motions aligned with partner business models for strong adoption.
  • Experience localizing and scaling programs and investments globally with regional understanding.
  • Demonstrated success transforming large, multi-tier partner ecosystems and managing multi-billion-dollar modernization motions.
  • Deep expertise designing partner incentive frameworks, growth models, and automated reporting platforms with finance-approved accuracy.
  • Ability to phase and plan multi-quarter projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to translate complex corporate priorities into clear operational pillars, scorecards, and execution.

About the job

As the Global Channel Program Lead, Downmarket Partners, you will lead the evolution, redesign, and global scaling of our core partner programs and business generation motions. You will architect scalable frameworks, modernized incentive structures, and operational governance models that accelerate the transformation of downmarket partner business models into high-growth sale and services engines. Working closely with Partner Operations, Product Engineering, Sales, and GTM teams, you will anchor program success across key success metrics to maximize scale, ROI and execution across the Google Cloud Partner Network (GCPN).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Architect, launch, and scale global partner programs, incentives, and modernization initiatives across an ecosystem of partners, establishing repeatable frameworks that convert existing and win new workloads to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Create, launch, and execute on an ongoing global partner community strategy.
  • Ensure new Initiative and Community launch readiness for partners. Coordinate planning and post-launch monitoring, oversee dependencies, manage project issues/risks, and facilitate escalations when needed.
  • Execute a comprehensive partner activation plan to support ongoing program Initiative and Community execution, and track key milestones.
  • Leverage data from partners and sales feedback to continuously improve and maintain the Initiative and Community resources shared in the Partner Advantage portal.
