Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
- Excellent technical consultation, product and media skills enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against the growth plans and pod objectives.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services provided by gTech for customers big and small across our entire Ads and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) product stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ads and GMP products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customer's business and marketing needs. We also provide complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. - Deep client understanding on client’s businesses through technical consultation and media discovery by understanding clients’ annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with Sales, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and securing executive client buy-in.
- Develop client growth plans, anchored on product, which represents the full multi-functional teams, discovery design, delivery services and solutions and debrief.
- The client’s growth with Google is anchored on product adoption in an AI-led ads ecosystem.
- Navigate this complexity requires technical acumen, media commerciality, and developing trusted client relationships.
- Orchestrate delivery of the services plan working closely with gTech Ads execution teams in the region, Customer Experience and Media Solutions, the gTech Ads in the market.
