Senior Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Android GTM

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Experience engaging with and developing GTM plans with C-level executives and technology partners (e.g., carriers, retailers, OEMs, etc.).
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience with strategy planning, and partnership negotiation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Ability to exceed goals and independently driving high-impact initiatives in a complex, high-growth business.
  • Experience with Android ecosystem and the Japanese mobile landscape.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive an integrated commercial go-to-market strategy across key Japanese partners to accelerate Android ecosystem adoption.
  • Conduct high-level, complex commercial and strategic negotiations with partners to influence GTM investments, co-innovation, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams in Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Product to align partner execution with global product and business goals.
  • Manage partner relationships, align on goals, and maintain the financial health and performance of the category.
