Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field (e.g., Economics, Analytics, Finance, or Engineering), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with predictive modeling in Python.
  • Experience with advanced SQL and data analytics.
  • Experience in tech Go-To-Market (GTM).

About the job

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. Within the broader team goal, the Incentives Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for designing and operationalizing the core product activation system for YouTube's frontline strategic partner managers.

As the Incentives Program Strategy Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team charged with delivering the product activation incentive program for YouTube’s global partnerships teams. You will define the strategy of the team in driving productivity and product activation outcomes, leading advanced problem-solving modeling for goal setting and performance assessments, defining elements of the workflow like compliance and operational guidelines, and building deep relationships with partners (e.g., Segment GTM and Regional GTM teams). You are an excellent communicator with an ability to direct executive-level conversations, and you will take a data-driven approach to delivering operational support and business growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000-$270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Strategy and Operations analysts to ensure the delivery of problem-solving modeling and operational frameworks that power YouTube’s global product activation incentive program.
  • Own the long-term strategy for incentives development, crafting compelling roadmaps and executive-level communications to align leadership and cross-functional partners with global business objectives.
  • Partner deeply with Segment and Regional GTM teams to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated incentive systems, workflow guidance, and compliance protocols for partner managers.
  • Oversee the full program lifecycle from strategic goal setting and performance assessment to quarterly execution and training services who take initiative on key deliverables.
  • Advocate operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, driving advancements in goal-setting methodology and internal process improvements to maximize partner manager productivity and business growth.
