Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with video, social, or other digital advertising in online branding or marketing.
  • Experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership level by building strong relationships.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline business or development workflows.
  • Experience with video growth and planning; partnering with clients on long-term advertising strategies (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, or demonstrating products).
  • Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated investigative sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.

About the job

As a Product Account Executive focusing on Video, Social, and Brand Partnerships, you will support and grow our Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization, advising some of Argentina's largest advertisers. You will serve as their advocate while collaborating with internal commercial teams to provide a comprehensive suite of marketing offerings. You will also work cross-functionally to help develop scalable, multi-platform media strategies centered on YouTube. You'll act as a consultant, guiding accounts on how to best leverage Google's formats to achieve strategic goals, from increasing brand awareness to building deeper connections with target audiences. This includes crafting compelling narratives around our value proposition and demonstrating ROI.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Travel, Finance, and Government clients, establishing strong relationships to accelerate YouTube+ business and share shift from TV/Social.
  • Partner cross-functionally with key client stakeholders to execute Joint Business Plans, up-front planning, and incentive programs that unlock profitable growth.
  • Analyze market trends, performance data, and consumer behavior to deliver tailored business solutions and client presentations.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive-level advertisers and agency partners, leveraging internal teams to solve core business issues.
  • Manage sales pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting while continuously identifying new, transformative business opportunities.
