Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to communicate with and serve Urdu speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an industry vertical and knowledge of its key trends and business challenges related to digital.
- Familiarity with the advertising industry and technologies.
- Ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
- Skills in problem-discovery, problem-solving, analysis, and communication.
- Collaboration skills as the role involves working actively with other groups in Google (Sales teams, Solution Engineers and more).

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
As an Advertising Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our sales teams and customers to understand their priorities and business objectives to architect technical solutions on top of the Google advertising ecosystem.
You will drive executive-level customer interactions and discover relevant problems. You'll solve customer marketing objectives independently and understand customer tech infrastructure and Google Product & Systems to design solutions that integrate seamlessly with the customer ecosystem. You'll develop expertise in an industry vertical and are able to advocate for solutions that solve for the industry challenges and scale them.

Responsibilities
- Engage with external clients and internal sales stakeholders to identify customer business objectives and marketing objectives through consultative approach.
- Lead client meetings to explore opportunities for joint technical plans, digital growth packages and custom solutions which help our customers achieve their business objectives.
- Develop deep expertise of the Google Advertising products and customer infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions on top of them to meet customer needs.
- Lead complex multi quarter technical projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external teams (technical and non technical team members).
- Discover media activation opportunities arising from the customer business and the implementation of technical solutions.
