Ads Measurement Special Projects Lead, Agencies and Partners, APAC Product GTM

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, go-to-market strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in identifying and partnering in brand agreements and advertising agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in GTM, business development, partner operations, or commercial strategy within search advertising or e-commerce.
  • Proven success managing HoldCos, independent performance agencies, and commerce platforms, with deep media planning knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of search monetization, retail media, and AI ad solutions, translating partner needs into product feedback.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into actionable commercial narratives for executive partners and internal teams.
  • Track record of establishing GTM infrastructure, operational KPIs, and scaling adoption across complex partner networks.
  • High analytical accuracy with a pragmatic approach to operational design and revenue growth in evolving tech landscapes.

About the job

This team is responsible for setting 3P partners and agency go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products.

We represent our 3P ecosystem to advocate for product requirements and ensure teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and revenue health at scale. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers' business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.

The primary objective of this role is to build the go-to-market infrastructure that enables agencies and 3P ecosystem partners to capture the full value of AI-powered modern measurement. You will be responsible for shaping commercial priorities, driving the market readiness and adoption of next-generation measurement and analytics solutions, and establishing scalable operating models across HoldCos, measurement agencies, and the like.

This role is central to accelerating the evolution of data, analytics and ads measurement into an active ecosystem by delivering flawless operational execution and measurable business outcomes.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute GTM strategies to scale adoption of AI-powered ads measurement solutions across agency partners and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with HoldCos, independent agencies, and analytics platforms to operationalize, scale, and integrate next-generation advertising measurement workflows and frameworks.
  • Act as the primary strategic bridge between external partners and internal Product and Engineering teams to identify friction and unlock commercial opportunities.
  • Structure high-impact co-growth initiatives and commercial incentive models that motivate third-party intermediaries to build dedicated business practices around Google technology.
  • Serve as a modern measurement authority to upskill internal sales teams, advise agency leadership, and lead seamless cross-functional operations.
