Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm sản xuất/vận hành, quản lý nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc (OEM) và chuỗi cung ứng.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý chương trình duy trì vận hành sản xuất điện tử hoặc tương đương.
- Bằng Thạc sĩ Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc Thạc sĩ Kỹ thuật công nghiệp, Chuỗi cung ứng, Nghiên cứu hoặc Kỹ thuật vận hành.
- Kinh nghiệm mảng công nghệ tiêu dùng với các nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc, nhà cung ứng và đội ngũ toàn cầu.
- Khả năng làm việc áp lực cao, tư duy phân tích, sáng tạo và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Kỹ năng viết và nói tiếng Anh xuất sắc.

Responsibilities
- Dẫn dắt các nhóm liên chức năng trong và ngoài nước để chuẩn bị tăng tốc sản xuất, chuyển giao dòng sản phẩm mới.
- Thúc đẩy sự sẵn sàng vận hành nhà máy, nâng cao hiệu suất từ khi bắt đầu sản xuất đến khi khai tử sản phẩm.
- Hợp tác với nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc bảo đảm đạt hoặc vượt mục tiêu sản lượng, chi phí hao hụt, chất lượng và tiến độ.
- Dự báo và giảm thiểu rủi ro vận hành; làm việc với nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc về chạy thử dây chuyền, kiểm định, vật tư và bảo đảm công suất.
- Chủ trì kế hoạch truyền thông với bộ phận vận hành và nhu cầu; điều chỉnh linh hoạt theo yêu cầu thực tế thay đổi.
