About the job

The Strategic Planning and Business Operations team is responsible for ensuring our teams are responsibly resourced to execute against YouTube’s most important priorities, enabling our executive team to lead their organizations effectively, and driving key cross-business initiatives globally.

As the Experience Manager for YouTube’s Partner Suite in San Bruno, you will work closely with our Partnerships teams to operationalize our space reserved for meetings among YouTube leadership, top creators and artists, and senior partner executives.

You will approach with a partner-centric perspective to ensure the on-site operations are exceptional through establishing and overseeing reservation protocols and prioritizing inbound requests, partnering with on-site teams (e.g., catering, facilities, tech support, security) to ensure the space is always partner-ready, and remaining agile and responsive to last minute changes and adjustments.

Your broad understanding of YouTube’s business and partnership priorities, and your ability to identify creative solutions and influence without authority will help land these critical creator and partner moments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and you effortlessly adapt your approach to reconcile with changing priorities, direction, and guidance.

You are comfortable working cross-functionally in a results-driven environment, have a proven track record of managing competing priorities, and want to be part of an innovative global team forging new ground in the world of technology and entertainment.

Note: This role is required to be in-person in our San Bruno office up to five days a week, depending on partner meeting schedules.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
