Executive Business Partner, Cloud AI

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience with leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate tasks and administrative workflows and optimize project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and autonomous execution.
  • Experience supporting a VP within a large, global organization.
  • Knowledge of corporate operations, applying program management practices to solve business issues.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage complex team allocations, and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to navigate extreme ambiguity.

As an Executive Business Partner for the Cloud AI organization, you will be the core of your team’s operations. You will provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing a complex global calendar, coordinating international and domestic travel, and planning business-critical meetings and events. Beyond core administrative tasks, you will be a trusted business partner, driving projects from initiation to completion, solving problems before they arise, and proposing strategic process and operational improvements that elevate the entire organization. You will also lead and mentor the administrative community, overseeing staffing and morale while advocating our culture. Your strong business judgment, ability to manage through ambiguity, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to navigate a variety of functions, interact with a group of people, and establish a high level of trust with leaders and cross-functional partners.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $117000 - $171000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Serve as a core strategic partner for executive leadership, seamlessly orchestrating complex global calendars, international travel, and high-stakes business meetings to maximize executive impact.
  • Support critical operational projects from conception to successful execution, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and proactively removing roadblocks before they arise.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to leadership, facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration while exercising impeccable judgment with highly confidential information.
  • Lead, inspire, and act as a mentor and role model for the broader administrative community, driving team morale, optimizing staffing allocations, and guiding high-impact community projects.
  • Advocate a growing company culture, acting as a core cultural ambassador who cultivates a highly productive and collaborative environment across the organization.
