Workforce and Strategy Operations Lead, Google Cloud LATAM

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Workforce Planning, Strategy, Finance, Operations, Human Resources or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience accessing, parsing, and analyzing data sets using SQL.
  • Experience with business activities (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, or business reviews).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience engaging with stakeholders by identifying their needs and working cross-functionally to support project delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing your own deliverables and contributing to team results.
  • Excellent business judgment, investigative analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the organizational strategy for the Cloud LatAm GTM organization, focusing on annual planning, in-year optimizations, and people initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on organizational investment and policy decisions by providing data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Execute on key operational processes related to the implementation of strategy (e.g., hiring tracking, reorganization support, governance, and headcount forecasting).
  • Track and report on resourcing investments within the Cloud GTM organization, highlighting progress and escalating risks to leadership.
