Partner Delivery Manager, gTech Ads Agency and Partners

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech, or tech sector.
  • Experience programmatically scaling services and partner capabilities in a global context and in managing relationships with enterprise partners, agencies, or holding companies.
  • Deep knowledge of Google’s ad solutions (AI, Measurement, Ads) and media landscape.
  • Skilled in bridging sales, partner needs, and engineering to drive advanced tech activations.
  • Proven record of driving commercial growth through strategic planning and executive negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and cultivate C-suite relationships across your assigned partner portfolio, acting as the primary senior contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, governance, and business reviews.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between external partners & internal Google leadership across agency sales, regional gTech teams, and product, translating partner feedback into internal priorities.
  • Assess partner technical maturity, identify skill gaps, and define clear requirements for engineering & enablement teams to design the scaled tools & training programs needed for partner readiness.
  • Serve as a senior technical & functional consultant during live activations, mobilizing specialized internal teams to unblock complex projects & ensure end-to-end delivery quality.
  • Drive the governance strategy for the activation pipeline while implementing QA frameworks to validate that partner deliverables consistently meet Google's technical standards.
