Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in organic brand marketing, social media strategy, or digital content production.
  • Experience managing talent, athlete, influencer, or creator partnerships within the sports, entertainment, or technology sectors.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing brand partnerships and co-marketing plans in sports, entertainment, or technology.
  • Understanding of the B2B enterprise marketing funnel, with an emphasis on using organic platforms (e.g., YouTube) to drive mindshare and consideration.
  • Proven track record of creating digital activations that bridge technical B2B narratives with consumer audiences.
  • Ability to translate cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and AI stories into clear, structured, and visual content.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior executives and external partner leadership simultaneously.

About the job

As the Organic Storytelling and Talent Lead for Integrated Partnerships, you will lead the organic storytelling and amplification strategy for Google Cloud’s most prestigious global partnerships, including MLB, McLaren F1, the Golden State Warriors and Valkyries, and marquee upcoming milestones like LA28 and the Olympic Games. This is not just about posting highlights; it’s about defining how we bring these partnerships to life in thoughtful, strategic, and breakthrough ways on a year-round basis with a culturally led social-first mindset.

You will be a core leader within the Integrated Partnerships team, riding shotgun with partnership management leads to design co-marketing campaigns from the ground up. You will build end-to-end organic strategy frameworks that run natively across Google Cloud channels, partner and talent ecosystems, and broader "One Google" platforms. Your core mission is to highlight how these partners leverage Google Cloud technology and Gemini Enterprise to transform their operations, bridging the gap between complex technical use cases and culturally relevant, high-impact social creative.

Additionally, you will own the overarching strategy and activation blueprint for our Talent ecosystem, defining how Google Cloud strategically contracts and deploys high-impact tier 1 talent to humanize our technology and shape global AI perception among enterprise decision-makers. The successful applicant possesses a unique blend of brand partnership heritage, deep social-first leadership, and an exceptional ability to navigate high-stakes executive approvals with global companies.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage the year-round organic storytelling roadmap for Cloud Integrated Partnerships, ensuring a continuous pulse of content aligned with major partnership milestones and global sporting calendars.
  • Act as the primary organic media and content lead facing partner organizations, navigating complex cross-brand guidelines, contract deliverables, and approvals to drive joint narrative success.
  • Coordinate across internal cross-functional groups—including Public Relations, Executive Communications, YouTube, and Product Marketing—to ensure a unified corporate voice when scaling partnership stories globally.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for organic activations, using data-driven social listening and sentiment analysis to optimize content and report on the brand health impact of partnership investments.
  • Own the strategy, selection framework, and narrative deployment for tier 1 talent to maximize contract Return on Investment (ROI) and ensure seamless brand alignment.
