Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and using design tools such as Figma.
- Experience designing creative tools or with Generative AI technologies.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience designing for media generation or photo/video editing tools.
- Experience developing high-fidelity visual designs for consumer-focused products.

We work to build new solutions that have the potential to transform how users interact with Google. US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders from early-stage concept development through iteration and execution.
- Develop wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and rapid prototypes to communicate key ideas and user journeys.
- Design AI-first interactions and multimodal user experiences for consumer products across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates by leveraging UX research insights.
- Drive design work towards key milestones while managing time, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
