On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a Market Responsibility Lead for Brazil, you will serve as the primary Trust and Safety (T&S) leader and strategic liaison for senior stakeholders in the region, including the Country Director. In this highly visible role, you will define and advocate the T&S operational roadmap for Brazil, driving executive and cross-functional consensus to execute both long-term strategic priorities and high-severity, event-driven initiatives.

You will build, maintain, and continuously optimize a risk intelligence framework that bridges market-specific insights with global operations, driving systemic platform improvements and mitigating risks in-market. Additionally, you will lead T&S Operations readiness efforts to high-visibility events, such as elections, and provide broad-ranging incident and crisis support as the front line for sensitive escalations.

Note: This role may require weekend on-call work and will expose you to graphic, controversial, or upsetting content.

At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. Trust & Safety is Google’s team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking.
