Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal setting).
  • Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making using SQL or other analytical approaches.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading complex operational initiatives and large-scale change management, ideally focused on tooling or product design.
  • Expertise in advanced data analysis (SQL) and insights generation, with the ability to structure complex, large-scale datasets and translate them into compelling, data-backed recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tooling to 'vibe code' and rapidly prototype data models, workflows, and visual assets.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage end-to-end cross-functional projects, successfully aligning multiple stakeholders and driving continuous momentum against tight deadlines.

The Global Customer Solutions (GCS) Revenue Programs team leads the strategy, design, planning, and operations of a highly cross-functional landscape to deliver unified, scalable programs that ensure advertiser and partner success, generating incremental growth for Google. To do so, the team partners and coordinates across multiple teams in Sales, Vendors, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Engineering. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth areas. With subject matter experts in strategy, operations, and process improvement, team members are investigative thinkers with a pragmatic approach to delivering at scale.

The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) Commercial Design team is responsible for designing the next-generation MMS sales engine, driving incremental business growth through evolved seller roles and workflows, partnerships, targeted bets, and scalable AI tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advocate a holistic, long-term tooling goal for the future "AI-enabled MMS seller" in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Architect future tooling and actionable insights to power the entire sales journey.
  • Bridge the gap between agile seller-built tools and scaled platforms, driving the transition of these agile solutions into secure, globally integrated systems for complex business issues.
  • Embed advanced AI capabilities into everyday seller workflows to scale impact, ensuring tight alignment between user needs, business outcomes, and long-term product development.
