Commercial & Segment Activation (CSA) sits at the heart of YouTube Go-To-Market Operations (GTMO), driving the global commercial strategy, partner segmentation, and go-to-market execution that power YouTube's creator and partner ecosystem.

Within CSA, the Brand Deals team leads the end-to-end commercial strategy to capture YouTube's fair share of the rapidly expanding creator sponsorships and influencer marketing ecosystem. Working at the intersection of Creators, Brands, Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs), and cross-functional Product and Sales teams, we build the commercial engines, ecosystem partnerships, and go-to-market playbooks that enable creators to diversify and grow their earnings while delivering measurable ROI for advertisers on YouTube.

You will focus on expanding our Brand Deals strategy into high-potential commercial opportunity areas as well as commercializing emerging creator formats. Combining analytical accuracy with pragmatic problem-solving, you will size new market opportunities, pilot commercial activations with agencies and creators, and translate market insights into actionable product and go-to-market roadmaps.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process.
