About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Brand Marketing Manager for Gemini Global Campaigns, you will own the day-to-day coordination and execution of our most visible global marketing tentpoles. Partnering closely with global strategy leads and regional teams, you will ensure strategic consistency and execution speed across international markets. As we shift from centralized asset creation to highly localized, culturally nuanced activations, you will provide the essential brand expertise required to flawlessly execute our campaigns.
In this role, you will drive globally scaled brand campaigns for major cultural moments (e.g., World Cup, Back to School/Students, and other partnership campaigns) ensuring our brand platform is successfully extended and adapted globally. You will work closely with regional and local marketing teams to adapt our brand story locally, while also taking a direcr role in leading the execution of specific US activations to ensure a cohesive connection to the global narrative.
This role goes beyond operational coordination; it requires deep strategic go-to-market plan development and brand governance.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways.
