Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- Có 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý chương trình.
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý các chương trình trong môi trường kỹ thuật.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ thuật viên – Hỗ trợ duy trì chương trình vận hành (về sản xuất thiết bị điện tử)
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật cho đối tác quốc tế.
- Kinh nghiệm xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật cùng đội ngũ liên chức năng để đạt mục tiêu sản phẩm mới.
- Khả năng hỗ trợ và thúc đẩy các giải pháp giữa nhiều đội ngũ liên chức năng.
- Khả năng tham gia thảo luận kỹ thuật lưu loát bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung.

Responsibilities
- Hỗ trợ đảm bảo vận hành nhà máy hiệu quả từ tăng sản lượng đến khi kết thúc vòng đời sản phẩm.
- Phối hợp với nhà sản xuất đảm bảo các chỉ tiêu về tỷ lệ đạt, chi phí phế phẩm, chất lượng, thời gian xử lý và sản lượng.
- Hỗ trợ quản lý rủi ro, xử lý vấn đề về dây chuyền, thẩm định, nguyên vật liệu và chất lượng; đảm bảo năng lực sản xuất theo dự báo.
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng kế hoạch truyền thông và phối hợp với các bộ phận vận hành, hoạch định nhu cầu để đáp ứng yêu cầu thay đổi.
- Phối hợp ưu tiên đơn hàng và đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn.
