Senior Business Program Manager, Business Systems

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in project/product/program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.
  • Experience with data and quantitative analysis, building user journeys.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, an equivalent technical degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the Cloud industry.
  • Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.
  • Able to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate tradeoffs when determining an action plan.
  • Comfort in a fast-evolving environment and adapting to the changing needs of the business. Ability to recognize opportunities and to mobilize to drive impact.
  • Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

About the job

As Senior Business Program Manager for Google Cloud’s Business Systems Transformation team, a part of the Performance, Analytics and Cloud Excellence (PACE) organization, you will operate as a key stakeholder with one of Google Cloud’s GTM business functions. Our team partners with teams such as product, business functions, strategy and operations, engineering and other cross-functional partners to document business priorities, requirements and roadmaps, and develop systems, tools, and processes. We empower our sellers and channel partners with enterprise-grade tools. You will work directly with the Business Planning Team, Google Cloud executives and leaders to be their voice, run workshops with the leaders to understand the business requirements and map out user journeys and pain points, create a high level overview and share with the broader Business Systems Transformation team and the Engineering teams. You would be required to, on a periodic basis, report back to the executive and leadership team the status of these work-streams. You will use your excellent business acumen to leverage a deep understanding of processes to guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insight and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives. This role will report into the head of systems transformation, and will engage regularly with GTM and cross-functional subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional workshops with executive GTM leaders and subject matter experts to identify productivity bottlenecks, map complex user journeys, and define strategic business requirements.
  • Govern the global GTM intake and prioritization engine, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable system roadmaps.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-visibility, C-level business transformation programs while proactively managing risks, milestones, and governance frameworks.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations and thought leadership to Google Cloud executives, driving policy, process, and tooling enhancements that accelerate field productivity.
  • Collaborate with regional change management teams to execute landing plans, maximize field adoption across global markets, and measure ongoing business impact.
