Partner Delivery Manager, gTech Ads Agency and Partners, Data Strategy

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with technical concepts and communicating them to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience in advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.
  • Experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • Experience with building C-suite relationships across enterprise agencies and holding companies to drive strategic growth and commercial negotiations.
  • Knowledge of Google advertising solutions (AI, Measurement, Ads), enterprise sales dynamics, and the broader media landscape.
  • Strong understanding of proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
  • Skilled at bridging sales, partners, and engineering to scale advanced technical integrations and service capabilities globally.

The gTech Ads organization has established a new Agency and Partners (gAP) Organization with a mission to scale gTech's expert services to thousands of advertisers through a thriving partner ecosystem. By empowering our partners to become an effective extension of our own gTech service capabilities, we will help more customers succeed with Google.

As a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM), you are the single-threaded owner and strategic orchestrator for a portfolio of Google's most critical third-party partners. This role sits at the heart of our new gAP Organization and is responsible for owning the delivery life-cycle, from strategic planning and technical readiness assessment to delivery governance and performance management, for partners.

You will act as the crucial, executive-level solutions and enablement bridge between Google and the C-suite of our partners. This role is a hybrid of strategy, deep technical expertise, and operational program management, requiring you to define the delivery strategy for your market/product area, carry the activation goals for your partners, and ensure they are motivated, capable, and equipped to scale the delivery of Google's advertising solutions. Your work is critical to expanding our service and helping our mutual customers grow.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $114000 - $163000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary senior liaison to partner C-suite leaders, managing operational governance, commercial incentives, and executive business reviews (QBRs).
  • Act as the strategic bridge connecting partner priorities with Google leadership across Agency Sales, regional gTech teams, and Product.
  • Assess partner technical maturity, define enablement and tooling requirements, and issue final certification for partners to deliver services at scale.
  • Provide executive technical and functional consulting during live advertiser rollouts, mobilizing specialized engineering teams to unblock critical integration issues.
  • Direct pipeline governance, tracking execution velocity while managing quality assurance frameworks to ensure partner deliverables meet Google’s technical standards.
