Director, Agentic Workplace Transformation Partner Sales

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in solution sales, specialist sales, channel sales, or partner business development.
  • 15 years of experience directly managing and leading sales or partner-facing teams.
  • Experience managing senior contributors or team leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in business, technology, or an analytical field.
  • Experience building and managing complex, solution-specific and specialist partner strategies to drive commercial growth.
  • Experience in specialized solution sales (e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or SaaS) within a partner-led go-to-market model.
  • Proven track record of CxO executive engagement, with the ability to establish strategic relationships, negotiate complex initiatives, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Track record of building specialized channel sales pipelines, executing complex multi-party solution sales, and exceeding team revenue targets.

The Global Channels & Programs team is responsible for driving high-impact, solution-specific growth through our partner ecosystem. We work with our partners to bring complex, specialized technologies, from advanced cloud migrations to Generative AI capabilities, to customers worldwide, accelerating adoption and ensuring successful business transformations.

As the Director, Agentic Workplace Transformation Partner Sales, you will sit at the intersection of customer solution sales, partner strategic deal engagement and co-sell. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of partner specialist leaders. You will utilize your deep solution sales expertise and specialization focus to design and execute specialist partner sales strategies. You will play a critical role in aligning partner capabilities with our advanced technical product portfolio, ensuring that partners teams have the frameworks, technical alignment, and executive sponsorship needed to unlock specialized partner pipelines and accelerate high-complexity deals.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $272000 - $379000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of partner specialist leaders, driving high-performance execution, strategic alignment, and professional development.
  • Design and execute the global specialist sales strategy, ensuring partner capabilities are aligned with complex solution areas (e.g., Gemini Enterprise).
  • Oversee the specialized sales pipeline and drive operational consistency across the organization, managing frameworks for growth, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Specialist Sales, Product Management, and Engineering leaders to align partner enablement with product priorities and regional GTM playbooks.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key specialized partner relationships, building deep commercial alignment and trust with partner leadership teams.
