Business Systems Analyst, Source to Pay

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance systems.
  • 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a significant focus on Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Experience with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning, and source-to-pay processes.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple full-cycle system implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa) in a large enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.

In this role, you will focus on business process re-engineering and system optimization across SAP, Ariba, and first-party ecosystems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps, resolve post-implementation issues, and support scalable and predictable operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and cross-functional teams to define system requirements, build delivery roadmaps, and identify new areas of investment.
  • Perform technical in-depth search and data analysis to troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process issues post-implementation.
  • Organize, prioritize, and drive project workflows from inception to launch, ensuring consistent execution and timeline adherence.
  • Design and implement efficient, streamlined operations by applying domain expertise and industry best practices.
  • Manage cross-functional integrations to ensure process alignment across SAP MM, Ariba, and supporting IP (Intellectual Property/Integration) applications.
