Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing operational initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in data driven marketing and media performance reporting
- Expertise in Google’s Measurement Solutions ecosystem and its evolution within the industry.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and structured problem solving, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and guiding team members to deliver exceptional outcomes in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of successfully influencing senior-level executives.

The APAC Product and Solutions Activation (PSA) team is part of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization, and responsible for creating performance and brand solutions for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). Responsibilities
- Team Management, Coaching, and Development: Lead and coach a regional team of product specialists, fostering professional growth and promoting a culture of variety and integration.
- Lead and Activate Measurement Solutions Strategy: Develop, deploy, and influence APAC Measurement strategy for key solutions, and exceed quarterly product adoption targets across APAC.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with GCS Sales leadership, and cross-functional partners across APAC to influence their strategy and ensure smooth coordination to meet Measurement Solutions adoption ambitions.
- Influence Product Market Fit: Synthesise regional product feedback, and influence global product prioritization.
