Apps Performance Specialist, Large Customer Sales (English, Hebrew)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience in apps account management and measurement infrastructure.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with global internal teams and external clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exceptional understanding of Google App Ads solutions across performance and measurement.
  • Deep understanding of the app and mobile marketing ecosystem, and other mobile user acquisition platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the Gaming vertical, including industry issues, a goal for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the above vertical.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful joint business plans with key cross functional partners.

App Specialists care deeply about unlocking the full potential of the app ecosystem and seek to do so by helping app advertisers cultivate an install base of active users that can drive business outcomes for the business. You will seek to best align product conversations with key business needs. You will be the link between advertising products like App Campaigns and all of the new features being baked into it - among them Campaigns for iOS, Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Web to App Connect and more. App Specialists also have a very strong handle on how clients define success in the app ecosystem and understand various different measurement approaches used in the app space by attribution partners as well as the newer measurement changes brought about by iOS.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front line selling efforts across all Google's App solutions for the largest and highest opportunity accounts in IL LCS.
  • Partner with all client facing teams to scope and collect client requirements, provide guidance on app best practices, measurement infrastructure and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs.
  • Advocate new app features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success.
  • Build and foster long-term C-level relationships with client decision makers to build and carry out long-term marketing strategies.
  • Use data analysis, technical expertise, and storytelling to craft compelling executive narratives that position our products as solutions to critical business priorities. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical issues and work with executive product management teams.
