Go-to-Market Growth Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling Cloud products.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice organization, is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud.

The Regional GTM Practice is the execution arm of the GTM practice organization, responsible for activating the field against the largest addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate and enable the Go-To-Market organization to deliver on the financial plan. The GTM Growth Lead is an instrumental part of the Regional GTM Practice, responsible for partnering with sub-regional sales leadership on the activation of the globally defined GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

  • CoordinationFoster a growing community, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination among field teams, partners, and go-to-market stakeholders. Ensure effective application of the plays in the sub-region, driving best practices across the accounts.
  • Strategy: Coordinate with the MD Practice GTM and regional practice leads on refinements to GTM plan and strategy with the relevant insights from the sub-regional performance. Understand the propensity models created for each play and assess for fit with the sub-regional accounts. 
  • Activation: Responsible for the sub-regional execution of the GTM plans for all plays, as defined by the Global Practice Leads.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Engagement with the measurement and analysis of the cross-product portfolio performance to identify and capitalize on opportunities for driving business growth in the market.
