Senior Account Manager, LCS, Retail, Home and Living (English)

  • Ability to drive business growth through automated or AI-driven advertising solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in German fluently to support customers in this region.

As an Account Manager in our newly minted Home and Living core pod, you won't be inheriting a stagnant, predictable book of business. You are stepping onto a portfolio with massive room for true business ownership, strategic leadership, and innovative experimentation.

You will partner directly with some of the region’s digital trailblazers and retail giants. Your mission? Help them navigate the AI shift, scale their digital maturity, and redefine how millions of consumers shop for their homes.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €112000 - €114000 (EUR) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted consultant, shifting our clients from legacy digital strategies to cutting-edge, AI-driven automation and performance solutions.
  • Take full end-to-end commercial ownership of a high-growth portfolio. You spot the gaps, pitch the solutions, and execute the strategy.
  • Bring your innovative spirit to a highly collaborative team. Challenge the status quo, pilots new ideas, and shares blueprints for success across the broader Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization.
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with chief marketing officer (CMO), Heads of Performance, and digital decision-makers at the absolute top of the retail industry.
