Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience analyzing data, scoping projects, and presenting to executive-level technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams using R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience fostering cross-functional relationships, managing multiple projects, and leading complex negotiations.
  • Experience with machine learning or Generative AI models.
  • Knowledge of global customer service operations, support platforms, the online advertising industry, and Google Ads.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

As a Global Product Lead for AI Infrastructure, you will partner closely with gTech Ads Support Services, LCS Sales, Product Management (PM) and Engineering to define and deliver the next generation infrastructure tools that will power our agentic transformation. You will be part of a fast-paced team that works cross-functionally to build, launch, and land new AI HiTL tools and improve Gen AI model performance across our support platforms.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $126000 - $181000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including LCS Sales, gTech Ads Support Services, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance, to translate customer and business support needs into technical requirements.
  • Set the goal and strategy for platforms and tools, identify solutions, and influence the technical roadmap.
  • Build, audit, and govern agentic skills, and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the delivery, performance, and user satisfaction of infrastructure tool components and feature deployments.
  • Articulate prioritized requirements to product management and ensure transparency around systems development to educate the business on capabilities.
