Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Experience sourcing passive technical candidates using Boolean search, talent intelligence platforms, and direct outreach strategies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience conducting engaging market mapping and utilizing talent intelligence data to guide recruiting decisions.
  • Track record of rapidly scaling pipelines and closing niche technical requisitions under tight timelines.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple high-urgency requisitions while maintaining high candidate quality and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain robust candidate pipelines for complex, niche technical roles (e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, Distributed Systems, AI/ML) using advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Research and map industry talent landscapes to identify emerging talent pools, participant movements, and specialized skill sets.
  • Drive candidate engagement from initial outreach to initial screen, optimizing response rates and minimizing time-to-fill across active requisitions.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics (outreach performance, conversion rates) to continuously refine outreach strategies and optimize talent delivery.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, refine target profiles, and align search strategies with broader organizational goals.
