Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or a similar commercial strategy role.
- 2 years of experience with program management.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages to extract insights from internal databases.
- Experience with sales planning tools.
- Experience working with datasets.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as Anaplan or Salesforce.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Familiarity with the EMEA Public Cloud commercial landscape and macroeconomic trends.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Product Suite.
- Ability to work in a changing environment and manage multiple operational deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear summaries for stakeholders.

As an EMEA Sales Planning Analyst, you will support the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Google Cloud across the EMEA region. Responsibilities
- Execute on key operational processes related to the implementation of EMEA GTM strategy by pulling and analyzing account data, updating territory assignments and managing quota cascade.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure data alignment and resolve discrepancies during the annual planning cycle.
- Identify and document best practices to standardize sales planning processes across EMEA markets.
- Act as a topic matter expert relating to our systems, processes, data pipelines, policies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
