Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to build strong consensus, drive key decisions, and deliver results.
- Leverage AI fluency to drive operational efficiency while utilizing excellent communication skills to foster seamless team collaboration.
- Lead and manage, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities, maintaining high attention to detail under minimal guidance.
- Apply excellent unstructured problem-solving skills to UX research, drawing key strategic insights from complex data.

Responsibilities
- Drive the rigorous, end-to-end execution and management of high-priority Trusted Tester programs, ensuring comprehensive launch readiness through structured milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and progress monitoring against key business objectives.
- Lead comprehensive project timeline, resource capacity, and strategic budget planning and management to optimize global resource allocation and guarantee the successful, on-time delivery of all key program deliverables.
- Guide continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline complex cross-functional operational workflows, eliminate critical execution bottlenecks, and significantly enhance overall program efficiency and global team scalability.
- Manage critical vendor and strategic multi-tiered stakeholder relationships, fostering seamless communication, cross-functional alignment, and highly productive collaboration across global product and engineering teams.
- Author, maintain, and publish high-quality internal and external program documentation, including technical requirements, regular program newsletters, and dynamic internal team sites to keep global stakeholders fully informed and aligned.
