Program Manager/Solutions Consultant, Trusted Tester, Gemini

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to build strong consensus, drive key decisions, and deliver results.
  • Leverage AI fluency to drive operational efficiency while utilizing excellent communication skills to foster seamless team collaboration.
  • Lead and manage, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities, maintaining high attention to detail under minimal guidance.
  • Apply excellent unstructured problem-solving skills to UX research, drawing key strategic insights from complex data.

Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).

The Trusted Tester program delivers critical pre-launch insights to inform launch decisions as well as product improvements for Gemini and priority GenAI products.

The environment is dynamic, requiring high-touch coordination across multiple product areas, functions, and parallel work streams involving internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global user communities.

In this role, you will lead the rigorous execution of complex user research and insights programs while developing the technical frameworks necessary to enhance program scalability. You will be responsible for consistent delivery against major milestones, managing end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to executive-level reporting, and serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on program health and impact.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $140000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive the rigorous, end-to-end execution and management of high-priority Trusted Tester programs, ensuring comprehensive launch readiness through structured milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and progress monitoring against key business objectives.
  • Lead comprehensive project timeline, resource capacity, and strategic budget planning and management to optimize global resource allocation and guarantee the successful, on-time delivery of all key program deliverables.
  • Guide continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline complex cross-functional operational workflows, eliminate critical execution bottlenecks, and significantly enhance overall program efficiency and global team scalability.
  • Manage critical vendor and strategic multi-tiered stakeholder relationships, fostering seamless communication, cross-functional alignment, and highly productive collaboration across global product and engineering teams.
  • Author, maintain, and publish high-quality internal and external program documentation, including technical requirements, regular program newsletters, and dynamic internal team sites to keep global stakeholders fully informed and aligned.
