DV360 Product Specialist, Product and Client Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in media agency (programmatic strategy, activation or media planning) or programmatic technology companies.
  • Experience in sales partnership with complex clients on advertising activities or Martech/Adtech (e.g. pitching solutions, consulting, or demonstrating products).
  • Experience with media agency (digital & traditional/offline) and a clear understanding of the market landscape.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently as this is a customer facing role that requires interactions with stakeholders.

As a part of the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, you will partner with the world’s top advertisers and agencies to build digital solutions that strengthen brands and drive business growth. You will be positioned at the forefront of the shift toward mobile and online platforms, advise clients across Google's search, video, and mobile products to help them connect seamlessly with their audiences.

In this role, you will bring together specialized Display and Video 360 (DV360) expertise, collaborate with key customers, agencies, Google Marketing Platform (GMP) teams, and Programmatic Account Managers to design transformative strategies. You will unlock the full value of Google’s unique media inventory, customer insights, and leading ad technology. You will play a critical role in defining and executing the long-term goal for DV360, driving sustainable revenue growth through rigorous opportunity management.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term goal for DV360, driving sustainable revenue growth through rigorous opportunity management.
  • Translate global product innovations into actionable local strategies, ensuring sales and account teams are equipped to deploy the latest features effectively within the regional landscape.
  • Act as a high-touch consultant for B/C-level stakeholders, bridging the gap between complex product value propositions and business outcomes to secure loyalty and prevent churn.
  • Coordinate the "operating rhythm" between DVAS/Program Account Managers (Prog AMs), Sales, and Global teams, fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven feedback, and seamless internal communication (Quarterly Business Review (QBRs)/Business Forecast Meeting (BFMs).
  • Build market presence via industry events and success stories, while acting as the strategic link to Global Product Leads (GPS), converting local market nuances and competitive insights into prioritized feature requests and policy improvements.
