Senior Performance Account Manager, Large Customer Sales, Online Travel Agency (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Experience managing and selling brand, video, or social media marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly working with online travel agencies and understanding their operating dynamics.
  • Expertise in Google's Travel Ads product suite, feed management, and AI-powered travel solutions.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering strategic recommendations and business reviews to executive marketing and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience distilling campaign metrics and market trends into clear, actionable business strategies to optimize marketing investments.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with leading online travel agency marketing executives and their agency partners to define their long-term brand trajectory and architect their investments across Google's video and display ecosystems.
  • Oversee the development and migration of complex, large-scale search architectures, including the transition to AI-powered campaigns and Search Campaigns for Travel.
  • Analyze campaign data, account structures, feed setups, and bid landscapes to extract actionable insights and improve key performance metrics.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, product experts, and external agencies to ensure brand marketing supports overarching sales and growth goals.
