YouTube Solution Expert, gTech Ads (Hebrew, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on YouTube, video performance, or programmatic display.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, managing corporate relationships or agency accounts.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with YouTube and video performance products, measurement frameworks (e.g., brand lift, conversion lift, observational studies), and data auditing.
  • Knowledge of automation tools, case management systems, or data visualization/scorecards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multilingual, and highly collaborative matrixed team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving complex campaign delivery issues.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €84000 - €86000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Poland: zł232000 - zł237000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Specialize in high-scale performance products, particularly Demand Gen campaigns utilizing a mix of video and image assets to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
  • Navigate highly complex account structures, such as the multi-vertical aggregator business models common in performance-heavy markets.
  • Provide comprehensive support for major brand initiatives—spanning campaign planning, client guidance, implementation, and optimization.
  • Create, pitch, and secure large-scale, high-impact media plans aligned with major global events (e.g., the world cup or seasonal product launches).
  • Act as the dedicated technical and strategic advisor for Tier1 and Tier2 clients to ensure long-term stability and campaign growth.
