Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
- Client-facing experience influencing data science, engineering and marketing teams, as well as C-suite/executive level.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and uncover compelling insights, build narratives, and scale thought leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Retail Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) team sits at the intersection of media, data science and technology. We are trusted advisors who partner alongside Large Customer Sales (LCS) sellers and the world's largest retail advertisers to solve complex issues and influence business decisions. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design experimentation roadmaps that clearly demonstrate how Google media investments drive tangible business growth for our clients. Blend deep investigative aptitude with real-world business context to maximize success.
- Develop and nurture trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to guide clients through complex measurement issues and influence media optimizations.
- Provide insights by transforming large datasets into actionable market analyses that reveal new avenues for business expansion. Communicate with clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with various audiences.
- Own the sales cycle for key measurement and testing capabilities to drive incremental customer outcomes and adoption of Google's solutions.
- Advocate cross-functional teamwork, mentor colleagues, and partners with leadership to deliver exceptional, client-winning results.
