Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the advertising industry or mobile app industry, or experience helping mobile applications succeed in the ecosystem.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry with an established professional network in the field.
  • Understanding of issues in the online/digital industry, with unique insights into industry trajectories and the ability to execute related strategies in the market.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to jointly formulate marketing strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to win alignment and buy-in.

Google’s Business Sales team is a group of sales professionals focused on engaging advertisers and helping them incorporate Google's range of marketing products into their current marketing strategies. This global and dedicated team is an engine behind Google’s continued growth.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to our apps clients across fintech, social, tools and utilities as well as content.

Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and expand new clients in Greater China across fintech, social, tools/utilities, and content creation fields, collaborate with internal and external partners to identify qualified prospective clients.
  • Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for the application market in Greater China to drive key results. Lead the entire business cycle from lead generation and initial engagement to agreement execution, ensuring continuous client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Win clients through precise outreach, marketing, and presentations, establishing strong relationships with them.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor dynamics, and policy changes. Provide relevant insights and recommendations to refine client acquisition and client development strategies.
