Video Vertical Lead, Technology, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Experience in YouTube video advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the video landscape, including Social/DSP/TV/AVOD media dynamics.
  • Proven ability to support teams and operate autonomously against shared objectives. Demonstrated success working with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret measurement data (e.g., Brand incrementality, Sales/Conversions Lift, MMM, MTA) and translate it into engaged and comparable results.
  • Strong belief in the power of the YouTube platform and our creators.
  • Proven track record in developing brand and performance media strategies and full-funnel video advertising solutions.

The role sits at the critical intersection of digital media strategy, product education, frontline inspiration, and partner enablement. You will be the connector between development groups and field representatives, animating video offerings and portfolio capabilities as unique and indispensable to business outcomes.

Your primary mission is to help our Tech-CE commercial teams drive share shift from traditional broadcast and rival networks. You will work closely with leadership to empower peers in understanding, crafting, and activating impactful Demand Gen, Creator, and integrated campaigns.

You are passionate about both brand awareness and direct-response performance, seamlessly merging commercial execution with technical expertise. You have a deep grasp of streaming dynamics, competitive benchmarks, attribution metrics, and the broader advertiser landscape. You will simplify complex concepts for internal audiences and motivate others to pitch confidently and effectively.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the activation and execution of Consumer Goods and Entertainment (CG&E) video strategies in Technology and Consumer Electronics (Tech-CE), focused on driving customer outcomes and business, identifying key opportunities, and accelerating growth areas.
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Leads and Video Associates to drive effective implementation of best practices and proven strategies.
  • Inspire and motivate Technology and Consumer Devices (Tech-CD) sellers and customers by advocating the engaged value of the YouTube platform and its impact on full-funnel business results.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Agency and Partner Client Solutions (APCS), Product, Go-To-Market, Measurement, and Technical Services to bring forward compelling proof points, category-specific positioning, and competitive strategies. Capture success stories from the field to scale to rest of sector.
