As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The GEN BizOps team's role is to help the GEN organization operate effectively and continuously improve, in order to deliver on our mission and exceed our customers' expectations. GEN BizOps is a small team of self-starters with a broad impact across the organization.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication strategy to drive awareness and alignment to GEN’s organizational goals and decisions, ensuring that presentation formats and messaging frameworks remain updated, visually impactful, and aligned with Google and Cloud standards.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to solve complex business challenges across multiple functions and levels in the organization; drive change, influence decision making, and lead adoption of key business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, establish and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement, define success criteria and measure performance, and establish program governance, to enable business execution and efficiency.
  • Identify and collect data to produce business insights and recommendations for senior leadership; run ongoing and ad-hoc analyses in support of GEN business objectives and operational effectiveness, and as input to key planning.
  • Represent business needs and influence software and process development decisions.
