About the job

The Creative Lab is a small team of designers, writers, programmers, filmmakers, producers and business thinkers whose mission is to remind the world what it is they love about Google. Our job is to make Google’s magic more magical, help advance and invent Google’s future, and to communicate Google’s innovations, intentions and ideals in ways that makes us all immensely proud.

As a Senior Producer within the Creative Lab, you will be the operational and technical heartbeat of our brand's presence . You will be responsible for bringing our AI models, emerging technologies, and most iconic products to life through the end-to-end production of high-impact prototypes, digital experiences, and integrated stories. You will bridge the gap between ambitious creative goals and emerging technologies. Acting as a translator between the abstract, like early-stage generative AI models and agentic workflows, and tangible experiences. You will oversee the conceptualization and production of interactive use cases which may include an experimental use case of a new model, envisioning a new product or product feature, or creating launch materials.

In this is a role, you will be a highly specialized, tenured producer capable of standing up complex development plans and making swift, high-stakes decisions at the pace of a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You will not just manage timelines; you will be shaping the future of how people interact with technology.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
